Ogier to attend Annual Funds Finance Symposium in Miami

Four partners from Ogier's Banking and Finance team are attending the 9th Annual Global Fund Finance Symposium in Miami this month.

The Ogier-sponsored conference brings together 600 attendees and industry experts and will cover a range of topics including legal and regulatory updates, private credit, syndication and hybrid and NAV facilities.

The symposium will be attended by partners James Heinicke and Mark Santangeli and senior associates James Lydeard and Tommy Tuohy from Ogier's Cayman office, partner Katrina Edge and business development director Philip Allen from Ogier's Jersey office.

The symposium will take place 24-26 March at the Fontainebleau, Miami Beach.
