Nicholas Le Poidevin joins Ogier in Guernsey as lead conveyancer

Nicholas Le Poidevin has joined Ogier's property team in Guernsey as lead conveyancer.

With more than 40 years' experience in the local market, Nicholas has extensive knowledge of conveyancing and deals with all aspects of sales and purchases of residential and commercial property in Guernsey and Alderney.

Property partner Martyn Baudains said: "The combination of Nicholas' many years of experience, along with his exceptional attention to detail and his natural ability with clients makes him the perfect addition to our Guernsey conveyancing team. We are delighted he has joined us."

One of Nicholas' most notable career achievements was acting in the sale of 77 St Peter Port apartments in a single day, the largest number completed in one day in Guernsey and which involved a special court sitting.
