Nominations open for Ogier-sponsored Guernsey Property and Construction Awards

News

04 June 2019

Guernsey

Nominations are now open for the Ogier-sponsored Guernsey Property and Construction Awards – the Island's leading showcase for talent in the property development and construction sectors.

The awards, established in 2015, are committed to celebrating Guernsey’s property and building industry sectors, and raising awareness of issues facing professionals within those sectors across the Bailiwick.

Last year, as well as rewarding those who excelled within their field of expertise, the event raised over £8,000 for the benefit of local charity the Priaulx Premature Baby Foundation.

Advocate Martyn Baudains, Ogier partner and property lawyer, says: “The most recent statistics reflect some cause for optimism in the Guernsey property sector – but the most persuasive reason for confidence is the continued innovation, creativity and talent in the field of property and construction.

“We are very pleased to continue to support these awards as a showcase for that talent, and for the great work that is being done right across the island."

Nominations are open until the end of June and the awards event will take place on Thursday 14 November, at the St Pierre Park Hotel.
