Ogier a silver sponsor for forthcoming New York SPAC conference

Ogier is a silver sponsor for the forthcoming SPAC Conference being held at the Crowne Plaza, New York on 6 February.

The SPAC is the largest forum for networking and discussion of special purpose acquisition companies and alternative IPO techniques and is now the premier event for the sector, attended by investors, advisors, legal experts and other finance professionals.

BVI partner Michael Killourhy will be a panellist at the conference and partner Bradley Kruger and associate Michael Robinson (both based in Cayman) will also be attending.

Michael will be joining a panel entitled, How to Anticipate and Minimize Risks and Costs Pre- and Post-IPO, which will include discussion about:

• the impact of competition from PE firms
• mitigating cyber risks during due diligence
• SPAC insurance coverage
• satisfying regulatory filing requirements
