Ogier's trusts rising stars recognised as Future Leaders by Citywealth

Three of Ogier's rising stars from the firm's Cayman, Guernsey and Jersey teams have been recognised in Citywealth's Future Leaders List.

Senior associates Fraser Allister (Cayman), Chris Hards (Guernsey) and Sevyn Kalsi (Jersey) are all named in the list which recognises the top 100 rising stars in legal, fiduciary and accountancy services under the age of 40 across the Private Client and Trusts world.

No other offshore law firm has as many lawyers included on the list as Ogier.

Fraser is admitted in BVI and Cayman and is named in the list for the third time – in 2016, Citywealth also gave him the bronze award in the "Lawyer of the Year – IFC Associate" category of the Future Leaders Awards.

Chris has experience in both offshore and onshore private client and trusts work, and was praised for his "exceptional technical skills" in the Citywealth Leaders List in 2017.

Sevyn has also been included in the list for the third time – last year, he won Citywealth's Gold Award for CSR Initiative of the Year.

Ogier's Global Head of Private Client and Trusts Sally Edwards said: "Within the last seven months, we have been named International Law Firm of the Year by STEP and Offshore Law Firm of the Year by Chambers Europe, but this additional recognition aimed at our rising stars across Cayman, Guernsey and Jersey demonstrates the strength of our dedicated team of associates.

"It is also pleasing to see recognition across our jurisdictions – our collaborative and cross-border capability is a hugely important part of the Ogier offering, and client feedback consistently points to that as one of the key strengths that separate us from other firms."
