29 September 2021

Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Jersey, Guernsey

Ogier is delighted to be attending the 2021 Trusts in Litigation conference, which will be co-chaired by Ogier's Global Senior Partner, Rachael Reynolds QC.

Offering a fresh look at the world of trusts disputes, the event is taking place from 6 to 8 October at Luton Hoo Hotel, Bedfordshire. Other attendees from Ogier include partners Brian Lacy, Oliver Passmore, Sandie Lyne, Nicholas Brookes and senior associate Heidi Sandy.

Brian will also present a quick fire debate panel on 8 October titled "Are there any duties which trustees should be prevented from excluding in the trust instrument?"

Rachael said: "We are very much looking forward to participating in the 2021 Trusts in Litigation conference and meeting up with other practitioners in person to discuss the latest developments and share industry insights. The conference was sadly postponed due to COVID and so we are delighted to have been able to reschedule and bring everyone together after such a long time apart."
