Ann Cheung

Ann advises financial institutions, fund houses, investment managers and private equity investors on their mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, hedge funds and private equity funds, including on formation, corporate maintenance, ongoing operations, restructuring, strategic exits and dissolution of a variety of investment structures and vehicles.

Background and experience

Ann trained and practised at the Hong Kong, London and Tokyo offices of DLA Piper, where she advised and assisted clients on capital markets and corporate finance transactions, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financial regulatory compliance, initial public offerings, private equity investments, public takeovers and white-collar regulatory investigations.

Prior to joining Ogier, Ann was part of the Corporate and Investment Funds team of another offshore law firm.
