Beatriz Rodriguez

Beatriz joins our Regulatory Compliance team in Dubai, supporting our valued clients through delivering high-quality outsourced compliance and money laundering reporting officer services across the region.

Background and experience

Beatriz is an accomplished senior banking executive with more than 15 years’ experience working in leading global banks. She also has extensive experience managing UHNW clients in private banking, and has a solid understanding of UAE banking practices.

Beyond her banking roles, she has served as a DFSA-authorised CO /MLRO in both consulting and in-house capacities.

Beatriz holds a certification in governance, risk and compliance from the International Compliance Association (ICA), as well as international AML diplomas and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) compliance and sanctions certifications. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner by the US ACFE.

Beatriz has a double Master of Science in Business and Economics, an MBA from Georgetown University in the US, a master’s degree in international relations with a focus on foreign trade and a master's degree in social protocol, communication and institutional relations. Beatriz has also acquired several certifications in wealth management, markets and trading.
