Clara Robert

Clara is an associate in Ogier's Dispute Resolution team in Luxembourg. She advises on all aspects of commercial and contractual litigation law and has experience in employment law and criminal business law.

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier in 2023, Clara worked for a major Luxembourgish law firm, focusing on criminal business law and litigation. She was also a consultant for the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific on macroeconomic policy and financing for development.  

Clara graduated with a bachelor's degree in French and German Law from Saarland University in Germany, before completing her master's degree in Comparative Business Law and International Business Law at the Paris-Panthéon-Assas University. She also earned a specialised master's degree in international administration from the Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

Clara successfully passed the Luxembourg bar exam (CCDL) in February 2023.

Clara is fluent in French, English, German and has basic knowledge of Luxembourgish.
