Eléonore Galleron

Eléonore is a senior associate in Ogier's tax practice where she assists clients on a range of tax matters including the tax aspects of structured finance, tax advice in the context of mergers and acquisitions, real estate, private equity and venture capital transactions.

Background and experience

Eléonore is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team. She specialises in tax structuring and corporate financing restructuring. Her achievements include working with RevCap, Sound Point Capital, and EDP and on numerous high profile acquisitions and disposals.

Prior to joining Ogier, Eléonore worked as a Tax Advisor in another international law firm and in a Big Four firm in Luxembourg.

Eléonore holds a Master’s degree in European Business Law from the Université du Littoral Côte d’Opale (France, 2014). She also holds a Master’s degree in Finance / Business administration from Skema Business School (France, 2014).

Eléonore is a native French speaker, fluent in English and has good knowledge of Spanish and Italian.
