Eloise's previous cases include four years successfully representing the Jersey Financial Services Commission in a landmark case concerning its decision to ban a former CEO from the Island's finance industry.
Prior to joining Ogier, Eloise worked for two other Jersey law firms having initially practiced as a junior Barrister in England.
She graduated from Durham University (First Class Honours in European Legal Studies), spending a year's study at the Université de Fribourg, Switzerland.
She was called to the English Bar in 2005 and the Jersey Bar as an Advocate in 2009.
