    Fabien has special expertise in syndicated lending and leveraged acquisition finance, as well as debt restructuring and insolvency.  He has considerable experience in capital markets matters (including the issuance and listing of debt instruments), regulatory matters and commercial litigation.

    Fabien was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2003 and gained his qualification as 'Avocat à la Cour' in 2005. He holds a French master’s degree in law (maîtrise) from the Université of  Bordeaux (France) and a master of European law degree (LL.M. eur.) from the University of Saarbrücken (Germany).

    Fabien is the co-author of various client briefings and the author of articles published in recognised Luxembourg legal reviews.

    Before joining Ogier, Fabien worked for several well-known law firms in Luxembourg.

    He is fluent in French, English and German, and has a good command of Luxembourgish.
