Henry also advises on legal and regulatory aspects relating to private wealth structures, including Guernsey trusts and partnerships. Before joining Ogier in June 2018, Henry practised at another large offshore firm in Guernsey.
Henry was called to the Bar of England and Wales (The Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn) in 2016 and as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey in 2018, and admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2020.
Henry is the current president of the Guernsey International Legal Association, a director of the Institute of Law Guernsey, a non-profit organisation which operates for the benefit of Guernsey's legal industry and aspirant Advocates, and a council member of Male Uprising Guernsey (MUG), a local charity which raises awareness of male cancers in the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
