Senior Associate Jersey


Imogen is a senior associate in Ogier's Jersey Dispute Resolution team – she has more than a decade of offshore legal experience, both in private practice, and in house at a major trust company. Imogen focuses primarily on contentious trusts matters.
  • Background & experience

    Imogen is an experienced offshore lawyer who has practiced in Jersey since 2006. Besides working in private practice, she has also spent time in-house as a Senior Legal Counsel to a bank-owned trust company.

    She has experience in all aspects of commercial litigation including mediation and arbitration, regulatory and restructuring and insolvency work.

    Her main focus is on contentious trusts matters, and non-contentious trust applications, including rectification, mistake, variation and Hastings Bass applications, and is part of Ogier's leading team advising on trusts disputes and court applications.

    Imogen is an English solicitor and an associate member of STEP.

    A graduate of Oxford University, Imogen undertook her training contract at City firm Kendall Freeman (formerly DJ Freeman), and qualified as an English solicitor in 2004.

    Prior to her training contract, she was a Bursary student at Ogier.
