Konstantia Tampakoudi

Konstantia is an associate in the Tax team, based in Luxembourg. She is an international tax lawyer who specialises in both national and international tax structuring for corporate entities and private investment funds, including private equity, real estate and debt funds. 

Background and experience

Prior to joining Ogier in 2023, Konstantia worked as a tax lawyer in Greece and more recently as an international tax advisor within the Big Four firms in Luxembourg, where she specialized in cross-border corporate transactions and in particular corporate reorganisations, acquisitions and financing structures.

She is a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association and of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an advanced master’s degree in European Tax Law from Leiden University (2017).

Konstantia speaks English, French, Greek, Italian and Spanish.
