Laura is a graduate of Law from the University of Durham and holds a master of laws in International Trade.
Laura trained in private practice in London, working on matters of corporate law. She has also spent time in-house, notably dealing with matters of governance and asset fund management at a global bank, assisting a national bank in its transition from public to private ownership, advising an international oil company on significant cross-jurisdiction acquisitions and joint ventures, and negotiating high-value contracts for one of the world's largest logistics providers.
Laura also brings a wealth of commercial contracts, information security and intellectual property knowledge.
