Nic is a senior associate in Ogier's banking and finance team based in Jersey. His practice encompasses a wide range of finance and corporate matters with a particular focus on fund finance and real estate finance transactions.

Background and experience

Nic qualified as an English solicitor in 2019 having completed his training contract with Ogier. Prior to joining Ogier he worked for a leading law firm in Cambridge, UK, undertaking both contentious and non-contentious work.

Nic graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2001 followed by a successful career as a musician in the theatres of London's West End. He completed a graduate diploma in law in 2016 and the legal practice course in 2017 with BPP University, achieving distinctions in both.
