Before joining Ogier in August 2018, Rebecca worked in several international law firms and one of the big four audit firms in Luxembourg, advising local and international companies in international corporate M&A, corporate finance and commercial transactions as well as on real estate, private equity and other investment funds in all areas of corporate law.
She primarily advises clients on the regulatory, corporate and organisational aspects of structuring and creating investment funds (regulated and unregulated investment funds) with a particular focus on real estate strategies. She is also specialising in ESG and sustainable finance and assists domestic and international clients with ESG strategy on the corporate and regulatory aspects of creation, structuring and operation of ESG investment vehicles.
Rebecca is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team, advising on structuring advice and fund formation and on ongoing fund operation, including regulatory compliance.
Rebecca holds a Master I in Business Law and a Master I in International and European Law from the Université Paris-Ouest Nanterre la Défense (France) and a Master II in Common Law and Civil Law Tradition from the Université Paris-Est Créteil (France).
She is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar.
Rebecca is fluent in English and French and has a basic knowledge of German and Luxembourgish.
