Sarah is an associate in our Real Estate team in Dublin, Ogier Leman. She advises in commercial and residential property transactions focusing on commercial developments, acquisitions and disposals, and property finance.

Background and experience

Sarah trained in a general practice firm, through which she gained a broad knowledge and understanding of the application of law to various legal matters. Through her training she found her interest in property law grow, and after qualifying, Sarah specialised in Real Estate and has particular interest in complicated title.

Recent experience includes:

  • Assisting in advising a large Irish property developer in the forward sale of 265 Unit PRS Scheme to an European Pension Fund.
  • Assisting in advising an Irish property developer in the development and forward sale of 108 social housing units in South Dublin to AHB Acquisition of Greenfield Site in North County Dublin.
  • Advising an Irish property developer in the development and pre-sale of a 26 Unit residential development together with advices in relation to the financing of the development.
  • Advising an Irish property developer in the forward sale of 65 social housing units in South Dublin.
