Sarah Wong 黄慧欣

Sarah advises financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporates on various cross-border banking transactions. Her experiences include take-private transactions, restructuring and distressed debt financings, acquisition financings, and syndicated lending.

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier in 2020, Sarah was part of a magic circle firm's Banking and Finance team. She did her L.L.B. degree in the University of Nottingham in the UK after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in the University of Hong Kong. She received her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at City University of Hong Kong in 2016.

Sarah completed her training contract in an international law firm in Hong Kong where she gained experiences in banking and real estate matters.

Sarah speaks native Cantonese, fluent English and Mandarin.

黄律师于2020年加入我们之前，曾在高伟绅律师事务所执业，并在其银行和金融部门专门从事各类型的融资业务的法律工作，并具有企业重组及重组安排计划护等方面的经验。黄律师于2013年获得香港大学文学士学位，在2015年取得英国诺丁汉大学法律本科学位，及在2016年于香港城市大学取得了法学专业证书。

黄律师的母语是广东话，并会流利的英文和普通话。
