Wei-Hsin is a member of Ogier Global’s debt capital markets team and works with the corporate administration team in handling loan administration and bond issuances.

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier Global, Wei-Hsin obtained her Master of Laws (corporate law with merit) from University College London in 2018 and her Master of Laws and Bachelor of Laws from National Taipei University in 2016 and 2009 respectively.

Wei-Hsin was admitted to the bar in Taiwan and the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2014 and 2020 respectively. 

During her tenure as a lawyer in private practice in Taipei from 2014 to 2017, Wei-Hsin worked on various corporate finance and commercial projects, including equity financing, mergers and acquisitions and foreign investments.
