How is Ogier supporting your career aspiration?

Ogier has helped me to realize that my first career choice of engineering was not for me, and that it takes time to find what you are really passionate about doing for the rest of your life. Ogier has also helped me to realize that you can have many different careers as well, so just let life take its course.

How would you describe your experience at Ogier?

I got the chance to work in so many different areas of the law firm. Everyone was so welcoming and respectful, like one big family. Truly an experience I will never forget.

How would you describe the Ogier culture?

Everyone tries their best to do their part and support the company as a whole. We care for each other’s well-being and unlike most law firms we are very casual. One big happy family.

Wray Sulisz, a scholarship student at Ogier, is taking a law LLB at the University of Leicester and hopes to be called to the Bar in Cayman and England.

How is Ogier supporting your career aspirations?

Ogier has provided not only financial aid to pursue my studies in law but has given me the opportunity to gain valuable work experience by allowing me to work in many different areas of the firm.

How would you describe your experience at Ogier?

The work is challenging but rewarding and my mentors have unwavering support for my success.

How would you describe the Ogier culture?

Ogier has an amazing work atmosphere. The employees are happy at Ogier which makes working there enjoyable.

Jizel Powell, an Ogier intern, hopes to study Business Administration in the UK with the aim of becoming an accountant.

How is Ogier supporting your career aspirations?

Ogier supported my career by not allowing me to limit my options to just one path, and pick up an interest in Risk and Compliance.

How would you describe your experience at Ogier?

I took home useful lessons applicable inside and outside work. It broke me out of my shell. Working there taught me that it’s okay to ask for help because the more you ask, the more informed you'll be.

How would you describe the Ogier culture?

I loved it. It was unlike any other work place I’ve been to. I felt most comfortable there, seeing different personalities come together to get things done. Ogier has set the bar high!
