Ogier in the Cayman Islands advises Linkage Global on Nasdaq IPO

Ogier's team in the Cayman Islands has advised Linkage Global Inc on its initial public offering on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Linkage Global Inc (Linkage Global) is a cross-border e-commerce integrated services provider headquartered in Japan. It sells products from Japanese and Chinese manufacturers and brands, and provides digital marketing solutions to its customers.

Ogier acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel on the initial public offering (IPO). The team was led by partner Bradley Kruger with support from managing associate Tom McLaughlin and senior associate Marcus Hallan.

Ogier regularly acts as counsel for Cayman Islands companies listing on US stock exchanges, including SPACs and related de-SPAC transactions. The firm advised on SPAC listings and de-SPAC transactions totalling more than $7 billion in 2023.
