Caleb has experience in a broad range of corporate, commercial, regulatory and investment fund matters. He also advises on mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and Channel Islands Securities Exchange debt listings.
Prior to joining Ogier, Caleb practised corporate law in Australia where he advised publicly traded companies as well as private companies in relation to corporate governance, initial public offerings, backdoor listings, secondary offerings and Australian Securities Investment Commission and Australia Securities Exchange compliance.
Caleb graduated from the University of Western Australia with degrees in Law and Commerce (Investment and Corporate Finance). Since graduating, Caleb has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance.
