Chloe has experience in a broad range of corporate and finance transactions. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, private equity, corporate finance and general corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Ogier in October 2017, Chloe was a trainee solicitor at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP (now Dentons) where she worked in the corporate, contentious construction and commercial property teams within their Edinburgh office.
Chloe graduated from the University of Aberdeen following completion of the LLB Law and Spanish Law degree, which included a year of study in Seville, Spain. She completed the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh.
