With nine years of experience, David is a seasoned corporate M&A lawyer with in-depth knowledge of Luxembourg law, acquisition structures and restructuring solutions.

He is a graduate of Montpellier University in France where he holds a postgraduate degree in international commercial law.

David is admitted to practice in Luxembourg and previously worked for several years with two other law firms in Luxembourg before joining Ogier.
