Ogier advises on Nostrum restructuring and listings on TISE

Ogier Corporate Finance Limited assisted White & Case LLP on their recent instruction advising Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC on its restructuring and listing on The International Stock Exchange.

Nostrum is a listed company with oil and gas assets in Kazakhstan. As part of the restructuring, USD250,000,000 Senior Secured Notes due 2026 and USD345,078,171 Senior Unsecured Notes due 2026 issued by Nostrum Oil & Gas Finance B.V. and Warrants issued by Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC were listed on The International Stock Exchange (TISE).

This was the first listing of Warrants on TISE in 2023.
