Ogier's Hong Kong office provides British Virgin Islands (BVI), Cayman, Guernsey and Jersey legal services to clients in the Asian time zone, working together with our Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore and Tokyo client services offices. 

For the Asia region, Ogier focuses on international finance and corporate law with a particular emphasis on investment funds, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and finance. We also have a private wealth practice, which advises high-net-worth individuals and families throughout Asia, as well as a dispute resolution practice and contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency legal services. 

We act for a number of leading global financial institutions, investment managers and corporate entities and are also instructed by many leading law firms and intermediaries. 

Our corporate and fiduciary services division, Ogier Global, works closely with Ogier's partner-led legal teams in BVI, Cayman, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Jersey and Luxembourg to incorporate and administer a wide variety of vehicles.
