Ogier's new lasting power of attorney questionnaire enables you, in your own space and time, to put together all of the information needed for us to draft lasting powers of attorney for you. Your answers to our questionnaire will be put into the required legal format and reviewed by our team before sending this to you so that you can make sure that the lasting powers of attorney reflect your wishes. We will then arrange a meeting at our offices where you will be able to sign your lasting powers of attorney before registering your lasting powers of attorney at the Greffe.
