Advice and documentation

We work with onshore counsel in relation to the preparation of all legal documentation required for listing, including advising on all local law considerations applicable to the listing of the listing entity on the relevant stock exchange, and on-going local law legal advice to the listing entity. We also advise advise lead managers, issuers, sponsors, underwriters, and selling and acquiring shareholders.

Regulators and registry

Where applicable, liaising with local regulators in connection with any local regulatory consents required for the listing, as well as facilitating all local registry filings.
