Ogier advises Yesss Electrical Guernsey on significant commercial premises purchase

Ogier's commercial property team in Guernsey has advised Yesss Electrical (Guernsey) Ltd. on the purchase of mixed-use commercial premises at Arndale House and Mill House, St George's Esplanade. 

The property includes a warehouse extending to approximately 14,000 square feet. The property was sold on a freehold basis for a consideration of £2.2million and was subject to an ongoing tenancy.

Counsel Jonathan Anderson said: "We were delighted to advise Yesss on what was a relatively complex purchase and which represents a significant commercial transaction for the Guernsey market in 2023. The premises are good quality warehousing space in a central location which is increasingly difficult to find in Guernsey".
