Bill Chiang

Bill is Managing Director of Ogier Global's Hong Kong corporate administration team.

Background and experience

Bill and his team work together with Ogier's legal team to provide seamless services to clients in the establishment and administration of BVI, Cayman and Hong Kong corporate entities for IPO, debt financing transactions and investment funds.

Bill has 10 years' experience in the financial services industry and specialises in the establishment and administration of offshore fund vehicles. Bill has extensive experience in IPO transactions, share registration services and the establishment and administration of corporate fund vehicles.

Bill joined Ogier Global in June 2017 and was previously employed as a Corporate Services Manager in the Fund Services Division of one of largest global corporate services providers. Prior to that Bill spent seven years in an international offshore law firm and a global share registration company where he gained knowledge and experience in all aspects of corporate transactions. Bill holds a bachelor degree in business administration.
