Ogier designs market-leading corporate administration portal for clients

Ogier's corporate administration business, Ogier Global, has launched a market-leading client portal offering real-time, secure access to a personal library of documents, as well as a collaborative space for board packs and more.

Ogier Connect is an easy-to-use product that provides clients with round-the-clock access to the latest statutory documents, registers of ownership, board packs, and invoices. It uses leading encryption technology for client security and peace of mind.

The portal's client dashboard allows users to navigate between legal entities, filter and search documentation, check the latest notifications and connect with their Ogier Global relationship team.

Unlike industry standard client portals, which use data room technology, Ogier Connect receives information directly from Ogier Global's administration servers, generating real-time documents and removing time lags. The product can also generate dynamic charts and offers the ability to download and print, removing the need for separate software.

In addition, Ogier Connect offers a convenient boardroom solution, allowing directors to access and collaborate on board packs in a secure space.
