Ogier advises Valor Real Estate Partners on €1billion urban logistics joint venture

Ogier has assisted Valor Real Estate Partners, a pan-European logistics leader, in its joint venture with the QuadReal Property Group, to invest €1bn in urban logistics assets located in key cities in the EU.

Valor is an experienced, full-service development management and investment business, and manages an asset portfolio of 75 assets across approximately six million square feet on behalf of its global partners and institutional investors. The JV will provide, with leverage, over €1bn investable capital in the European industrial sector and urban logistics, and will employ a value-add and develop to hold strategy, with Valor responsible for managing the portfolio.

Partners Emily Haithwaite, Niamh Lalor and Katrina Edge led the Ogier Jersey team assisted by senior associate Tara Kapur.
