Ogier assists Liberty Costa Rica Senior Secured Finance on TISE listing of sustainability-linked notes

Ogier Corporate Finance has acted as listing agent in relation to the listing of Sustainability-Linked Senior Secured Notes issued by  Liberty Costa Rica Senior Secured Finance (the Issuer) on The International Stock Exchange (TISE) and admission of the Issuer to its TISE sustainable market segment.

The proceeds of the issuance funded a participation in a loan to Liberty Servicios Fijos LY, S.A. (also known as Liberty Costa Rica), whose group sustainability-linked finance framework has been verified by Moody’s ESG Solutions confirming the alignment of the framework with the five core components of the International Capital Market Association's Sustainability-Linked Bond Principles and the Loan Syndications and Trading Association's Sustainability-Linked Loan Principles.

Ogier Corporate Finance acts as listing agent for 50% of the issuers admitted to TISE Sustainable. The Ogier team was led by Raulin Amy, Director of Ogier Corporate Finance Limited, assisted by senior associates Lucy Chambers and Emily Renouf.
