Ogier Jersey has advised Kentz Corporation Limited, the holding company of the Kentz engineering and construction group, on its successful move to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.  Kentz, a global engineering specialist solutions provider, graduated to a Primary Listing on the London Stock Exchange on Friday 22 July 2011.  The Admission was effected by an introduction of Kentz’s existing Ordinary Shares with no new Ordinary Shares being issued. 

Ogier first worked with Kentz when it listed on the Alternative Investment Market in February 2008. Since that time, Ogier has continued to provide general Jersey corporate advice to Kentz.

Kentz has over 11,000 employees in 27 countries serving a blue chip client base primarily in the oil and gas, petrochemical and mining and metals sectors.  It has a proven track record of delivering mechanical, electrical, controls and instrumentation engineering, construction and management services in some of the most remote locations on earth.
