The Luxembourg fund industry has been developing successfully over a number of decades maintaining a strong focus on German-speaking markets throughout that time.

Advising clients in German has played an important role in Ogier's success in Luxembourg. It is one of the Grand Duchy's official languages and the preferred language for many clients who request that documents be drafted in German and want to conduct their international deal negotiations in their language of choice.

Ogier's German Desk is comprised of seven professionals, a number of whom are native German speakers and are either qualified as Rechtsanwalt or have experience and quali fications in German-speaking countries.
