Rebekah Agyeman, Ralph Spencer-Tucker, George Yates and Brooke Lewis from Ogier's team in Jersey have been sworn in as Advocates at the Royal Court.

Rebekah Agyeman is a managing associate in Ogier's Corporate team and is part of the Ogier Jersey Regulatory Group. Rebekah advises on a wide range of local and international corporate finance and capital market transactions, including IPOs, restructurings and debt listings.
Ralph Spencer-Tucker is a senior associate in Ogier's Dispute Resolution team with a broad range of experience, including commercial and financial disputes, contentious trust matters, regulatory investigations, and contentious insolvencies.
Private wealth senior associate George Yates specialises in non-contentious trust and fiduciary law. He advises on a wide range of private client issues, including cross-border estate, succession and trust planning for a variety of professional trustees, family offices and high net worth individuals.
Associate Brooke Lewis joined Ogier's Investment Funds team after graduating from the firm's Trainee Solicitor Programme in 2020.
