Investment funds specialist Matt McManus joins Ogier in Jersey

Investment funds and regulatory specialist Matt McManus has joined Ogier's Investment Funds team in Jersey as managing associate.

With more than 15 years' experience in the Jersey funds industry, including over a decade within another leading law firm, Matt has worked on some of the largest European private equity fund closings as well as first-time fund launches for new sponsors. He has managed numerous complex transactions, often requiring innovative solutions.

Matt has joined Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team and has a particular interest in ESG and sustainable investment, and is member of the inaugural #BuildBackBetter cohort, an initiative for the development of sustainable finance leaders in Jersey.
