Jordan Constable recognised in Citywealth’s Top 50 Trust Litigators and Polymaths 2026

Jordan Constable, senior associate in Ogier’s Dispute Resolution team, has been named in the Citywealth Leaders List: Top 50 Trust Litigators and Polymaths 2026, recognising his expertise in trust litigation and complex cross-border disputes.  

The list spotlights practitioners who have “demonstrated consistent excellence in private client work”.

Based in Ogier’s Cayman Islands office, Jordan advises corporate and individual clients, fiduciaries and leading onshore lawyers on a broad range of contentious matters. His practice spans commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency, trust and fund disputes, as well as financial services claims, many of which involve allegations of fraud and breach of duty. 

Jordan is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Trusts Advisory Group, advising fiduciaries, trust office holders and high net worth individuals on both contentious and non-contentious private client matters.
