Four graduates of Ogier's trainee solicitor programme have qualified as associates and joined its Jersey legal teams, demonstrating the firm’s commitment to nurturing homegrown talent.
Pia Robins joins the Corporate team, Mikolaj Krzyczmonik joins the Funds team, Evie Howell joins the Local Legal Services team and Max Argyle joins the Dispute Resolution team. Pia and Mikolaj will be based in Ogier's London office, while Evie and Max will be in Jersey.
The four associates represent the latest cohort to complete Ogier’s trainee solicitor programme, highlighting Ogier’s ongoing support for its future legal talent.
Their qualification follows a period of practical experience and formal legal training, with each having developed expertise across a range of practice areas before joining their permanent teams as associates.
Training principal partner Richard Daggett said: "I am delighted to congratulate Pia, Mikolaj, Evie and Max on qualifying as associates and reaching this important milestone in their legal careers.
"This is a remarkable achievement for our four new associates and I look forward to seeing them continue to grow with the firm.
“Our trainee solicitor programme continues to provide an exceptional foundation for aspiring lawyers. For more than two decades, many graduates of the programme have progressed to senior roles across the firm, including partner, counsel and managing associate."
Ogier's trainee solicitor programme combines practical experience with formal legal training. The programme has evolved to align with the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) regime, ensuring that aspiring lawyers benefit from a clear route to qualification in England and Wales while gaining varied experience, across multiple seats, in a leading offshore law firm.
Applications for the 2028 Jersey trainee solicitor programme will open on 1 October 2026.
