Ogier celebrates three new admissions to the Luxembourg bar

Three lawyers from Ogier’s Luxembourg legal practice have been admitted to the Luxembourg bar as Avocats, strengthening the firm's Dispute Resolution and Investment Funds teams.  

The recent admissions of senior associate Maddalena Bomamini Leitner, associate Mariana de Almeida Costa and legal trainee Anastasia Zakharova brings the total number of Avocats in Ogier’s Luxembourg office to 42.  

Maddalena has experience advising on a broad range of matters involving asset management with a particular interest in investment fund set up. She is also a member of Ogier’s Luxembourg-hosted German Desk, drafting and negotiating in a single language for the benefit of the firm’s German-speaking clients.  

Mariana’s specialisms in reviewing fund documentation, negotiating side letters and ensuring compliance with EU and Luxembourg regulatory frameworks provide essential support to the practice’s award-winning Investment Funds team.  

Anastasia, with her experience in handling general commercial and civil dispute matters, will continue her work in Ogier’s Dispute Resolution team. She advises on a range of litigation matters including cross-border, multi-million and multi-billion-dollar disputes across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US.
