Commercial property specialist Sarah Keenan has been promoted to partner in Ogier's Irish Real Estate team.

Sarah, who advises on all areas of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant law, commercial real estate aspects of corporate transactions and the management of extensive portfolios of Irish assets from purchase, financing and development to leasing and ultimate sale, joins Ogier's property team which advises some of the largest property portfolios in Ireland.

Sarah recently advised packaging and machinery company NNP Ltd in their E13 million Dublin industrial property sale to South African investors, and has acted for international industrial logistics investor and developer Palm Logistics in its recent projects including a 500,000 square-foot Co. Kildare logistics space and occupational lettings.

Ogier in Ireland's practice partner John Hogan said: "I have had the pleasure of working with Sarah throughout her career, and I know she will bring great enthusiasm and energy to the partnership both in Dublin and beyond."

Sarah, who studied Civil Law at University College Dublin before completing her training at Ogier, has been with the firm for more than 10 years. She qualified in Ireland in 2016 and also holds an MSc in Real Estate.
