Luxembourg Register of Beneficial Owner – deadline extended until 30 November 2019

The Luxembourg Business Registers today announced that the deadline for registration with the register of beneficial owners has been postponed until 30 November 2019

The initial declaration submission deadline of 31 August 2019 was applicable to all companies incorporated before 1 March 2019. Registrations made up to the new deadline will remain free of charge.

Even though this date has been pushed back, companies incorporated after 1 March 2019 still have to file their ultimate beneficial owner declaration within 30 days of registration.
