Aaron is an associate in Ogier’s Investment Funds team. He advises fund managers, private equity sponsors, asset managers and investors on the establishment, regulation, governance and ongoing operation of Cayman Islands investment funds, including hedge, private equity and venture capital structures. Aaron also has experience advising on related corporate matters, including fund-related restructurings, corporate governance matters and mergers. He regularly works with international clients across multiple jurisdictions in connection with both inbound and outbound investments.

Background and experience
Prior to joining Ogier, Aaron practised in the corporate and financial services team at a leading New Zealand law firm, where he specialised in retail mutual funds, debt and equity capital raisings and financial services regulatory matters. He regularly advised asset managers and financial institutions on product formation, disclosure and ongoing regulatory compliance.
Aaron received his Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand in 2018.
