Adam Fox

Adam is an associate director with Ogier Global in Cayman with responsibility for the unit trust service line. A part of the financial services industry in the Cayman Islands since 2012, Adam works alongside investment managers in Asia and North America to set up and administer structures to facilitate a broad range of investment strategies, particularly for unit trust structures registered as mutual funds in the Cayman Islands. Adam holds the Accredited Director designation granted by the Corporate Governance Institute of Canada and is a Professional Director registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.

Background and experience

Prior to joining Ogier Global in 2021, Adam was a manager at BNY Mellon (Cayman) and Intertrust (Cayman) following its acquisition in 2016 of Elian Fiduciary Services (Cayman) Limited. At both institutions, Adam specialised in providing fiduciary oversight and corporate governance to a portfolio of unit trusts and corporate vehicles with a combined AUM in excess of $200 billion.

Adam began his career with the AIB group in Dublin, Ireland and holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Wales.

In addition to his role at Ogier Global, Adam is an active member of the Help for Children Committee of Hope in the Cayman Islands, and a founding member of the Cayman Unit Trustee Working Group.
