Alexandra is a senior associate in Ogier’s Investment Funds team in Luxembourg. She focuses on regulatory, corporate, and organisational aspects in relation to the set-up, structuring and management of both regulated (UCITS, Part II, SIF, RAIF) and unregulated funds. She advises a broad range of clients, including investors, fund sponsors and management companies, and also assists clients with SFDR matters as part of her wider experience of regulatory frameworks.

Background and experience
Before joining Ogier, Alexandra worked at a Magic Circle law firm in Luxembourg, where she focused on investment funds and developed a strong foundation in advising on complex fund structures. She also gained valuable in-house experience through client secondments, providing her with a practical, business-oriented perspective.
She holds a law degree from the University of Luxembourg and an LLM from the Europa-Institut in Saarbrücken. She advises clients in English, French, German and Italian.
