Anastassia Webster

Anastassia is an associate in Ogier's Banking and Finance team in the Cayman Islands. Her practice focuses on structured finance and fund finance transactions, including collateralised loan obligation (CLO) transactions, securitisations and fund financing facilities. She also has experience advising on Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (CSX) listings and related regulatory matters.

Background and experience

Prior to joining Ogier, Anastassia worked as an associate in the structured finance team at an offshore law firm in the Cayman Islands, specialising in CLOs, asset repackagings, warehouse financings and other off-balance-sheet SPV financing transactions, gaining significant experience with a number of major CLO managers. She later served as a legal advisor at another leading firm, providing legal and regulatory support across its global corporate services platform. Her combined private practice and in-house experience enables her to deliver practical, commercially focused advice.
