Annabel is a senior associate in Ogier's Corporate and Finance team in the British Virgin Islands, advising on a range of corporate, regulatory and corporate finance matters.
Annabel advises on a broad range of corporate matters, focusing on cross-border financing, restructuring and reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and general corporate advice.
Before joining Ogier, Annabel was part of the corporate, finance and funds team at another offshore firm based in the British Virgin Islands and, prior to this, in Guernsey where she qualified in 2018 as a solicitor of England and Wales. During this time, Annabel undertook a secondment to the Cayman Islands and client secondments to Charles Russell Speechlys LLP and two international private banks in Jersey and Guernsey, which really enabled her to fully understand and appreciate the client's specific needs from their perspective.
