Antoaneta Shikerova

Antoaneta is an associate in Ogier’s corporate and funds team in Guernsey and has a broad background in corporate and commercial law. She has diverse transactional experience on local and cross-jurisdictional matters, from M&A, private equity, finance and derivatives, through to data protection, intellectual property and insolvency. 

Background and experience

Antoaneta trained with a leading international law firm in Italy, undertaking a varied training contract across the corporate, finance, technology and litigation and dispute resolution teams.

Antoaneta was admitted as a solicitor (Avvocato) in Italy, where she qualified in September 2023, and registered with the Italian Bar in January 2024. 

She has a master's degree in law from the University of Rome La Sapienza and is fluent in English, Bulgarian and Italian.
